Kate Vantucci is excited to bring her yoga expertise to the Brigade Street Fitness team. Kate received her 200 hr yoga certification in 2007 and has been teaching ever since. Her style fuses fun, energetic flows with intelligent sequencing to maximize your time on the mat. It is her goal to make yoga accessible to everyone – the beginner who has never practiced and the advanced yogi who is looking for a challenge.

When she’s not teaching, you can find her on her bike, in the pool or lacing up her trail shoes. She is an avid triathlete, and this has informed her teaching in new and different ways. It is a passion of hers to bring yoga to the athletic community and she is looking forward to making you stronger, more mobile and less prone to injury.
